So I have been at ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) rogerebert for about a year and a few months (though with zera for a little less) and honestly, this post is way overdue. Everyone in this game is simply amazing, but of course there are a few that I'd like to praise:
brianne Zera and Brianne are really sisters, and I love their interactions! They seriously crack me up so bad (Bri's typos, Zera's random giddy freakouts, etc) and Zera would really do anything for Bri. Bri will always be family to Zera, and she really values their friendship. I've always been a fan of friendship lines and it's been a long time since I've had such a good one. You are an amazing writer, and also an amazing friend, and I adore you oh so much <3. Z and Bri's interaction is one of man that have helped Zera to become one of my favorite characters, and I love Bri so hardcore. Of course, you already know most of this so...yeah. :]
thatcher OK, so Zera and Thatcher's interaction hasn't been very big, but you know I love you and all your characters. I love reading about Thatcher and the trouble he gets into (and doesn't get into, of course) and Zera adores him. I won't give away your other characters, but you know who I love, and you know that you are one of my favorites :) I've praised you a million times before, and I will just keep on doing it, because you deserve it so much.
mckenas Bret is Zera's thorn in her side, and her brother from another mother all at the same time. Her partner-in-crime, her go to guy for anything music related (he is after all one of the only DJs around that she's friends with, haha). Their "little sister/big brother" relationship cracks me up, and while they always tease the hell out of each other, you know the respect and love is there. Much love to you, my dear, I've been writing with you the longest out of anyone! (6 years? Whattttt.)
dohrety Ok, you had to know this was coming! From the first conversation between Alex and Zera, they pretty much clicked instantly, and I've loved every second! Their connection is so strong and so real, and everything they've gone through in just the short amount of time they have been together has not only helped Zera grow as a character, but affirmed my love for writing her as well. Not only is Alex a fantastic character with amazing depth you don't see much these days, but you are an amazing writer and a pleasure to have as a storyline partner. I adore them, and I really look forward to see what other adventures (read: trouble) they can get into! You are simply amazing :)
And there are other people that Zera interacts with that I'd like to mention quickly as well: lennix, necole, tslang, jensenbellamy, bitrawn, hrvey, arelys, hbrandston and so many others that I know I have left out. rogerebert, ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) youareamazing!

there are very few things that get me more excited than new episodes of metalocalypse and venture bros. but you folks are the bees knees and ya'll were some great people. i've been in one hell of a huge chunk of games in my day, but nothing has ever quite been like tegesta. picking up bailey was a gamble for me. i hate twilight and i hated that bitches face, but i did it on a whim and she became one of my favorite characters i've ever written. at least in the top three, and that says something. enough with that shit, because i'm here to drop names like some of you claim bailey drops her panties.

Well, since I've just finished griping elsewhere, I reckon it's time to give props to the people that don't piss me off.
galeharoldfan12; You are absolutely fabulous! For the last four years, I don't think I've ever had even one problem with you, OOC or IC. You've always been a wonderful and loyal friend and writing partner, not to mention, you write one of my all-time favorite lines. You kept my prized gem running back when I couldn't on two different occasions, which I'll be ever grateful for. You're a lot more awesome than you give yourself credit for. Thanks for never really getting on my bad side. It's GREATLY appreciated. Four years going strong!
pseudolife; Probably THEE most understanding and patient player I've ever come across. Not only do you write fantastically, but you challenge me with it. Not a lot of people can do that. You're also one of the few writers I know who actually comes up with original ideas, and that alone makes you fun to write with. You too are awesome.
burningstars; Granted, you've been pretty absent for the last month or so, but that doesn't change the fact that you're a good friend and an even better writer. You too are one of the few that comes up with exciting new ideas, and I look forward to you coming back once you finish up with schooling and such. Take all the time you need. You're one of the rare fellow writers I'm willing to wait for because I know you're most definitely worth it.

I was going to do this last night, but I couldn't bring myself to do it while still in initial shock that the game has closed. It was one of those things you wish didn't happen and hoped you'd wake up from the nightmare. A lot of us have been there from the beginning with a character or through a few so we know all about it, love it, hate it, and miss it all at the same time. I'm sad to see it go, personally, but here's some praise to get us to a new, brighter ~tegesta-y future? and ada? I'M GONNA CHOP OFF YOUR FINGERS IF YOU POST ANYMORE YOUTUBES~ ( onto the lengthy praise, my lawd. it's a jumbled mess. ctrl/cmmd+f. )

By the end of next month I will have spent one year playing this character, who has become one of my all-time favorite creations. Despite all the crazy IC drama and the even crazier OOC drama, I realized that the main reason I love him so much is because of the relationships he formed while at a certain community. I can honestly say I haven't had felt this emotionally invested in a group of characters in very long time and for me, the good memories we made will always loom larger than anything negative that may have happened. so this is for you, ~tegesta. i'm checking the OOC animosity at the door.

sword_of_war, YOU ARE AMAZING. It's unanimous. throwingstones was just a thought, turned into a more serious idea, turned into one of the most fantastic games ever. It's only been a month but people are having so much fun and I have not heard one complaint yet.
That being said, this post is in regards to the battle. You were dying of an unknown plague and you still managed to pull off all these logs. We all love you and wanted to tell you just how AMAZINGLY AMAZING we think you are. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

It's been a little over a year since I've forced this French face down your throats (if we don't count the time off every now and then, haha), so needless to say, this is a little overdue. Thank god for the holidays, otherwise my love wouldn't have overpowered my laziness. But really, I want to thank every single one of you who made my stay so mind bogglingly fantastic. I sound redundant and unoriginal through most of this, but the sentiment is there, believe me. Thank you for being wonderful, thank you for being creative, thank you for being friendly, and most of all, thank you for giving me a chance. I have to thank you, g_house for doing this with my newm and probably crappy, Walter Bishop. You have no idea how much you made this fangirl of both shows' dream and hopes a reality. Even though it's not part of the comm, just agreeing with this has made my heart implode with happy and squee. :') I can't wait for it to continue!~ ♥ I haven't been this excited over something in a LONG time, like months. D: (unless James Sunderland's problems count. haha).

This is extremely, extremely late and probably pointless considering the place is long gone now, but I was clearing stuff out and felt like it needed to be said. I picked up Kristen on a whim. Mainly due to boredom and curiosity, and when she joined hef, I really didn't have any intention of living for any more than a week or so, let alone a month. And though a month is really, probably the shortest time I ever had one character, I have to say it was a pretty fucking hilarious and amazing month and it really made me enjoy playing someone I really didn't think I had it in me to pull off. To those who brought all the lulz to the yard for her: asmgreene (always so fucking sweet!), benjaminsm (their silly bickering always made me laugh), christophercc (bday twin and her favorite crawfish), goseph (was so sad to see him go when he did), gubem (that dinosaur is still a fucking boy), jakey (she adored him so much), jenack (never get tired of those funny gifs), katdenings (http://3.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ks6pzra4en1qzpwi0o1_500.jpg), kristen (same name buddy!), uinto (i miss you more than worrrds), vmanthony, and vmi. I've never stayed up for 24 hours straight just to thread with someone before! I love that I can never EVER predict what your character is going to do or how mine is going to react! I love that we get along so well OOC! I love that we spend hours playing IC stuff that isn't even going to go in the community, just because we're bored. You are amazing. Seriously. Why must you live on the other side of the world from me?!

I wish I'd been able to spend more time with Eli at priceline, because those two were absolutely hilarious. It had been so long since I'd been in a celeb game before I joined there, and I was especially apprehensive about taking Eli anywhere. But Leighton just won his heart right off the bat (hee), I loved their back-and-forth chemistry. Eli had such a crush on her and he felt totally sleazy for it, but this was nothing new for him. Your Leighton is cute enough to make him protective of her and sassy enough to keep up with Eli's sarcasm and depraved mind, he (and I) just love her!

Dear andyskib,
Now that you're safely in bed and not distracting me anymore (Jesus, woman) I'm capable of actually writing this with some degree of coherence. Or, well, as coherent as I ever get, which isn't very. As you know.
I don't even really have all that many words, except that I know you're bummed and I'm having one of those calendar-worthy rare moments of being squishy and cuddly. That and I started reading E & H's custom and it made me all nostalgic. You're an awesome player - hence me finally breaking down and begging you to come play with us again - but more than that, you're a great friend. Whether it's through insane comments IC or ranting like maniacs OOC, you help keep me more or less sane even if I fired you as the keeper of my sanity within 10 minutes of the time we first started talking. (You're still fired, btw.)
There aren't many writers like you our there in the world, and I'm glad I got lucky enough to end up stuck with you. <3, even when I'm saying I hate you. Which I do.
